Beth qualified from the university of Newcastle upon Tyne in 2018. Prior to starting with DCO in 2022 she completed her foundation year in Coventry and then spent 3 years working for the Community Dental Services in Oldham, Rochdale, Bury and Bolton. Here she treated special care patients, anxious adults and children with a mixture of local anaesthetic, general anaesthetic and inhalation sedation.
She also achieved membership of the faculties of dental surgeons (MFDS) with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and a postgraduate certificate in inhalation sedation. Beth enjoys furthering her skills and is currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Oral Surgery alongside short courses in restorative dentistry.
Beth provides general dentistry with a focus on prevention and minimally invasive dentistry. She also enjoys working with anxious patients and is keen to improve access for all. Her calm manner and relaxed approach will ensure your confidence is built up. She is proud to now be offering inhalation sedation at DCO for anxious children and adults.
Outside of dentistry she enjoys travelling, trying new restaurants and mastering crafts from sewing, cross stitch, pottery, crochet, garment making, paper flowers and even willow weaving.
